On Wednesday 14th May 2014 the Salisbury Civic Society President, Lord Congleton, unveiled the above Blue Plaque on the old Farebrother's house, now the school administration block.
The scene was relayed live onto the large screen in the adjacent Walker hall where the school was assembled with many members of the Civic Society.
Afterwards speeches were made in the Walker hall by Canon Harold Stevens, the City Mayor Penny Brown and the Civic Society chairman Peter Dunbar,
followed by readings by the head boy Archie McEwan and the head girl Zoe Swanwick.
A large cake with candles to celebrate the hundred years was then cut together by Mrs Dorothy Roblou and George Chowdhury, after George had blown out the candles.
